A focused office air quality practice
We work only on office and workplace indoor air quality. That focus shows up in the depth of benchmarking data we hold, the speed at which we can diagnose familiar failure modes, and the language we use to translate engineering findings into facilities decisions.
Independent measurement, accredited methods
Reference-grade sensors, UKAS-accredited laboratory partners, and methods aligned to BS EN 16798, EN ISO 16000, CIBSE TM40 and the WELL Building Standard. We do not sell HVAC equipment, filtration products or remediation services — the measurement and recommendation are independent of any downstream commercial interest.
Who we work with
Facilities managers, office managers, building owners, fit-out contractors, occupier property teams, HR and wellbeing leads, and tenants commissioning lease evidence. Engagements range from a single investigation through to multi-site continuous monitoring rollouts.
How we engage
Most engagements start with a brief scoping call, followed by a written proposal and indicative cost within 48 hours. We are happy to be benchmarked against alternative providers — the questions to ask are listed in our proposals.
