01

London professional services — afternoon brain fog

1,800 m² central London office, 220 staff at peak. Continuous monitoring identified CO₂ peaks above 1700 ppm in meeting rooms after lunch on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, while underused Mondays and Fridays sat below 700 ppm. Demand-controlled ventilation retrofit reduced peak CO₂ to 950 ppm within four weeks and cut AHU energy by 18%.

02

Manchester tech HQ — post-refurbishment VOCs

Newly fitted-out 4,500 m² technology HQ reporting headaches and odour complaints two weeks after occupation. TVOC monitoring and sorbent-tube sampling identified hexanal and formaldehyde at twice WELL action levels, source-traced to MDF storage walls. Sealed-edge specification and a controlled four-week bake-out resolved complaints; TVOC fell from 850 µg/m³ to 240 µg/m³.

03

Multi-site occupier — continuous monitoring rollout

22 UK offices, 12,500 staff. Rollout of continuous CO₂, PM2.5, TVOC, temperature and humidity monitoring with central dashboard. Used to support tenant lease evidence, WELL Performance Verification submissions and quarterly facilities reporting to the executive team.
